This page explains how returns work at Deskwell. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Changing your mind
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Tell us by email within that time, then return the item unused and in its original packaging. You pay the cost of returning the item.
We refund the price of the item once we have received it back, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Natural materials
Solid wood, brass, leather, cork, linen, ceramic and concrete are natural or naturally variable materials. Differences in grain, colour and patina between pieces are normal and are not a fault.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. We cover the cost of returning a faulty item.
Trade packs and office packages
Trade packs and office packages bought by businesses are not covered by the 14 day consumer cancellation right, because the buyer is not acting as a consumer. Faulty goods within a trade order are always put right, in the same way as any other order.
How to return something
- Email info.msutrade@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with instructions on where to send the item.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and use a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.
